How quickly will my order ship?
Most personalised gifts dispatch within 1-2 business days. Embroidery and custom artwork items take a bit longer (3-5 business days) because they’re worth the wait. We’ll email you the moment it ships with full tracking. Check our shipping page for specifics.
Need to update your delivery address?
If you’re signed in, you can update your address in My Account before your order moves into production. Checked out as a guest? Create an account or sign in here using your checkout email, then update your address straight away.
Want to redirect your delivery?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email. From there you can use the Australia Post MyPost app to send it to a different address, a Parcel Locker, or your local post office. Quick and free to set up.
Can’t find your confirmation email?
It’s probably hiding in your junk or spam folder – check there first. If you still can’t track it down, drop us a line and we’ll send it again.
