Personalised beer mug

We were very pleased with the timely delivery of the product.
After the first couple of washes, by hand, the printing has faded quite a bit, it’s disappointing as this was a 50th birthday present.

Thank you for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear this as it is engraved, I'm just confirming it has been completely dried? As glass engraving when wet allows absorption of moisture and will need to dry before showing full frosted again.
