CustomKings now offers an option of click and collect within 4 hours during business hours.
Once you have collected your order, the shipping cost will be refunded to you.
Our current business hours are
Monday – 8am till 2pm
Tuesday – 8am till 2pm
Wednesday – 8am till 2pm
Thursday – 8am till 2pm
Friday – 8am till 2pm
Closed Weekends and Public Holidays
How does Click and Collect work?
- Select Standard Shipping as your delivery method during checkout, then call us on (02) 4920 6563 to change your order to click and collect.
- Receive an email or SMS notification, normally within 4 hours, to collect your order*
- Ensure you have your order collection notification (on your phone is fine) or a photo ID when collecting your order
- Collect your order from our store at 1/28 Templar Place, Bennett’s Green
- Once you have collected your order, the shipping cost will be refunded to you.
Family and friends can collect your order on your behalf, provided they have:
- A copy of the order collection notification
- A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
- Photo ID
How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?
Click & Collect orders will be held for 10 days after you receive your collection notification, After this time they will be shipped to the address you have provided.
Are All Products able to be Click and Collected?
Some items from the below list take a bit longer for production time and while still able to be click and collected are not ready within 4 hours. Our staff will call you once the order is ready for collection.
- Embroidered Towels and Plush Animals (Upto 4 Days Production Time)
- Chopping Boards (Upto 1 Day Production Time)
- UV Printed Items (Upto 1 Day Production Time)
- Items with an artwork approval (Production Time Varies)
- Corporate Orders (Production Time Varies)
