Production time varies by the production process used.

• Personalised Products are Dispatched Next Business Day for Orders placed before 11:00am NSW Time. This excludes orders of 10 or more items, shirts and embroidery products.
• If you have selected an Artwork Proof, this will alter the dispatch time depending on when you accept the artwork proof. E.g. If you receive the artwork proof and then wait 2 weeks to approve the artwork your dispatch time will incur a 2 week delay.
• We do not dispatch on Weekends or Public Holidays

  Please note during busier seasons like Christmas this may require an extra couple of Business Days for your order to be processed.

Our Standard Flat Rate Shipping is $9.95 Australia Wide using Australia Post, we offer a flat rate as it has proved to be better value for our customers and means you don't pay extra for larger items like Keepsake Boxes or Decanter Sets.

Orders over $120 also have a Free Shipping option which is still trackable with Australia Post.

If you would like your order to arrive faster once dispatched from us,we offer an Express Post, this is calculated on the weight of your order and distance from us to you. You can find this on the checkout page once you have entered your address.

We love our local customers so we offer click-and-collect, once you have placed your order, please reach out to us straight away to arrange a refund of the shipping costs. For more information please click here.

All orders within Australia are sent via Tracked Delivery, once your order has been dispatched the delivery time depends on delivery location (i.e. East vs West Coast or Metro vs Regional). Many of our customers receive their orders within 7 Business Days via Standard Tracked Post.
