Could not be more pleased with both the service and the quality of the product received. The website capacity is brilliant (choice of product, text options and ‘visual’ review of what your text would look like in the available fonts, capacity to add several lines etc.). I put notes in (they have a space for this, also brilliant!) for requests of positioning and font size and these were followed to perfection. The product was produced and shipped within 24 hours during what must have been a crazy period (barely a week before Christmas!). I also incorrectly entered my email address and so I wrote to the support email address and received quick turnaround on my request to change it. They updated my email address, resent the order confirmation email so I had a copy and then turned around the despatch with the same efficiency. Image below. Thank you so much, team!
