Will the engraving or printing wash off or fade over time?
No. Our laser engraving is burned permanently into metal, glass, and timber so it will never wash off, peel, or fade. UV printing on acrylic badges and stencils is sealed to resist scratching under normal use. Embroidery uses colourfast thread stitched at high density so it will not fray or fade through washing and wearing.
How should I care for my corporate gift?
Hand wash engraved glassware and tumblers with warm soapy water to protect the finish. Wipe UV-printed acrylic badges and keyrings with a soft, dry cloth. Machine wash embroidered aprons and hoodies on a gentle cycle. Avoid abrasive scourers and harsh chemical cleaners on all personalised surfaces. Can I send in my own items to be branded?
We stopped accepting customer-supplied items in September 2025. We only personalise the high-quality stock we provide here at CustomKings. This keeps our quality consistent and ensures our laser, embroidery, and printing settings are dialled in perfectly for every material.
How quickly do corporate colleague gifts dispatch?
Most orders are engraved, printed, or embroidered and dispatched the next business day from our Bennett’s Green workshop. We ship Australia-wide, and delivery times depend on your location. For bulk orders, we recommend ordering early to allow time for production and delivery.
