Will the engraving or printing fade or wash off?

Can I send in my own item to be personalised?
We stopped accepting customer-supplied items in September 2025. We only personalise the high-quality stock we provide here at CustomKings. This keeps our quality consistent and ensures our laser and embroidery settings are dialled in perfectly for every material.
How quickly do orders dispatch?
Most orders are engraved, printed, or embroidered and dispatched the next business day from our Bennett’s Green workshop. We ship Australia-wide, with delivery times depending on your location.
