Will the embroidery fade or come loose in the wash?
No. We use colourfast embroidery thread stitched with industrial machines, so the design holds its colour through years of washing and wearing. Unlike printed designs that can crack or peel, embroidery becomes part of the fabric itself and will not fade or fray under normal use.
How should I care for my embroidered hoodie or jumper?
Wash on a standard cycle with like colours and tumble dry on low. Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the stitching from friction. Avoid bleach and harsh chemical cleaners near the embroidery.
Can I send in my own hoodie or jumper to be embroidered?
We stopped accepting customer-supplied items in September 2025. We only embroider the high-quality apparel we provide here at CustomKings. This keeps our quality consistent and ensures our embroidery settings are dialled in perfectly for every garment.
