- For personalising one of our standard engagement design templates with your names/date: We get these made super quick, usually in just 1-2 business days, so no artwork proof is automatically sent. Please double-check all your details carefully when ordering!
- If you choose the “Make Me a New Design” option: This service includes an artwork proof which will be emailed to you for your approval before we make anything (this option will naturally take a bit longer, depending on design work and how quickly you give us the thumbs up!).

Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. If it has been longer than that, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.

How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos and descriptions as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. If you are ever unsure about anything, just reach out and we are happy to help.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We will text you as soon as your order is good to go. Please wait for the SMS before heading in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
