Laser engraving on glassware and tumblers is burned permanently into the surface so it will never wash off or peel. UV printing on cake toppers and keepsake boxes is sealed beneath the surface to resist scratching under normal handling. Everything is produced and checked at our Bennett’s Green workshop before it ships.

Machine wash embroidered towels on a gentle cycle and tumble dry. For Cubbie plush toys, most feature a zipper on the back that lets you remove the internal stuffing pads before washing. Spot cleaning is fine for small marks. Hand wash engraved glassware and tumblers with warm soapy water. Wipe keepsake boxes and cake toppers with a soft, dry cloth.
