We are looking for practical, reliable people who care about good work and a great customer experience. All roles are based on site in Bennetts Green.
Laser Engraving Production Operator
Help create personalised products using our laser engraving equipment. This hands-on production role suits someone practical, careful and comfortable following job specifications while working to daily deadlines.
What you will do
- Set up, operate and monitor laser engraving equipment
- Prepare products and load the correct customer jobs for production
- Check names, artwork, positioning and finished engraving quality
- Complete routine cleaning and keep equipment and work areas organised
- Work with the team to meet production targets and resolve job issues
What we are looking for
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
- A practical, reliable approach to equipment, deadlines and quality
- Confidence using computers and learning production software
- Laser engraving or production experience is useful, but training can be provided
All-Round Production Assistant
Join our workshop team during the busy Christmas season and help personalised orders move smoothly from production through to dispatch. This varied, hands-on role suits someone energetic, organised and ready to help wherever needed.
What you will do
- Assist with a range of production and product-finishing tasks
- Check completed products for accuracy, finish and overall quality
- Pack and prepare customer orders carefully for dispatch
- Pick stock, replenish supplies and keep jobs moving between work areas
- Keep production and packing areas clean, organised and safe
What we are looking for
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
- Reliability, a positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions
- Comfort working on your feet in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Production, warehouse, packing or fulfilment experience is useful but not essential
Packing, Quality Control & Customer Service
Help make sure every order is checked, packed carefully and supported by friendly customer service. This is a varied role for someone organised, efficient and comfortable helping wherever needed.
What you will do
- Check completed products for accuracy, finish and overall quality
- Pack and prepare customer orders carefully for dispatch
- Respond to customer enquiries clearly and professionally
- Help resolve order questions and communicate with the production team
- Keep packing and work areas organised, stocked and moving
What we are looking for
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
- Friendly written and verbal communication
- Reliability, organisation and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Customer service, packing or fulfilment experience is useful
