We are looking for practical, reliable people who care about good work and a great customer experience. Both roles are based on site in Bennetts Green.
Graphic Designer & UV Printer Operator
Turn customer ideas into production-ready artwork, then help bring those designs to life using our UV printers. This role combines creative design work with practical, hands-on production.
What you will do
- Create, edit and prepare customer artwork for personalised products
- Set up, operate and monitor our UV printers
- Check artwork, colour, placement and finished print quality
- Keep production files organised and help maintain an efficient workflow
- Work with the team to resolve artwork and production issues
What we are looking for
- Strong graphic design and artwork preparation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence learning equipment
- A practical, reliable approach to deadlines and quality
- Print or production experience is useful, but training can be provided
Packing, Quality Control & Customer Service
Help make sure every order is checked, packed carefully and supported by friendly customer service. This is a varied role for someone organised, efficient and comfortable helping wherever needed.
What you will do
- Check completed products for accuracy, finish and overall quality
- Pack and prepare customer orders carefully for dispatch
- Respond to customer enquiries clearly and professionally
- Help resolve order questions and communicate with the production team
- Keep packing and work areas organised, stocked and moving
What we are looking for
- Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
- Friendly written and verbal communication
- Reliability, organisation and the ability to manage changing priorities
- Customer service, packing or fulfilment experience is useful
