Frequently Asked Questions
Will the engraving or printing wash off?
No. Our laser engraving is burned permanently into wood and acrylic, so it will never peel or fade. UV printing on jars, tumblers, and signs is sealed to resist scratching under normal use. For our Bunny Plush Toy, the embroidery uses colourfast thread stitched directly into the fabric, so it will not fade or come loose. Most Cubbies feature a zipper on the back so you can remove the stuffing pads before washing.
Can I send in my own items to be personalised?
We stopped accepting customer-supplied items in September 2025. We only personalise the high-quality stock we provide here at CustomKings. This keeps our quality consistent and ensures our laser and embroidery settings are dialled in perfectly for every material.
How quickly do Easter keepsakes ship?
Most orders are engraved, printed, or embroidered and dispatched the next business day from our Bennett’s Green workshop. We ship Australia-wide. For Easter, we recommend ordering early to avoid any postal delays.
Are your Easter products safe for children?
Yes. Our wooden and acrylic items are finished to Australian standards, and our plush toys use soft, child-safe fabrics. The Bunny Plush Toy is suitable for newborns and up, making it a great keepsake or christening gift as well.
