Located in Bennett’s Green, NSW (just outside Newcastle) our small but efficient team offers a fast turnaround and budget friendly prices all over Australia. Our team consists of Customer Care, Production, Dispatch and Marketing, each team works together to ensure order processed through our website is made with care and quality.

CustomKings has grown to become a one-stop production store to help our customers produce stunning gifts and corporate items. Rebranding in 2015 to a more fitting name, CustomKings offers not just engraving but many services to allow either your items or ours to match your vision. Each machine used in our store offers high quality and is maintained to ensure the next product comes out as beautiful as the last. No matter the occasion our stunning personalised gifts for weddings, baby showers and birthdays offer a personalised touch.

More than happy to create something new and different for your special occasion, our personalised gifts can be made just for you. With Laser Engraving, Embroidery, UV Printing, Printed Vinyl, and Sublimation our personalised range is quite large and ever expanding. Offering keepsakes for weddings and birthdays also means that we meet the traditional market also. Our staff are trained to the highest standard to give you the best result no matter the service.

Laser Engraving

Using high quality equipment that can produce amazing results each time, our production team in combination with our design team keeps creating more items each day for all those special occasions. Each machine is maintained to keep our final products in top condition whether you are a retail customer or corporate. One of the few companies that offer fiber and co2 laser engraving, your products can be made from metal or other substrates like acrylic, leather or paper for example. Our large co2 bed size makes larger items a breeze to personalise or cut.

Machine Embroidery

With a speedy turn around and a wide range of designs and fonts, CustomKings can personalise garments, towels, hats and many more items. Using our 10 needle industrial machine to provide a complete finish to our item or yours. Local customers enjoy a 3 business day turnaround with competitive pricing with extended production times during the busier seasons. We work with you to ensure the font, colour and location are all your dream idea and our online and instore team will walk you through the embroidery process and offer recommendations on their years of experience.

UV Printing

Printing on most materials is now possible thanks to our in house UV printer, using quality UV stable inks that are scratch resistant, made to last and offer a high colour range. Perfect for signage, keyrings and everything in-between, your next personalised gift could be full coloured! Combined with our Laser Cutting service, the ability to create and print on designer shapes is now possible. Like our Hotel Room Key which was first cut on our in house laser cutter and then printed in house also with a 7 minute turnaround.
