We make personalised gifts.
Come help.
We’re a small workshop in Bennetts Green making custom products for real people. Good hours, good crew, interesting work. One role open right now.
See the roleMake things every day
UV printers, laser cutters, embroidery machines. You’ll go home knowing you actually made something.
Weekends are yours
Monday to Friday. No public holidays. We are genuinely serious about that.
Small team, no egos
Everyone helps out. If you are decent to be around and you give a damn about your work, you will fit in.
Open role
One position available. If it sounds like you, get in touch.
You will run our multi-head embroidery machines to put names, logos, and designs onto apparel, teddies, and textiles. It is focused, repetitive work. If you find that kind of thing satisfying rather than boring, this is probably your job.
The work
- Set up artwork digitisation so the stitch path makes sense
- Hoop garments straight. We are fussy about this
- Choose the right backing, needle, and thread for each job
- Keep machines running and fix thread breaks
What you will need
- Some embroidery experience, machine or hand
- Hatch or Wilcom experience is a real plus
- Patience and steady hands
- The kind of personality that likes doing one thing well, over and over
How to apply
Three steps. No trick questions.
Your resume and a few lines about why you are interested. Skip the cover letter template. Just be straight with us.
Every application gets looked at. Usually takes about 3 business days. We do not ghost people.
Quick phone chat first, then a relaxed visit to the workshop. No panel interviews. Just a conversation.
