Where is my order number
It is in the confirmation email we sent after you placed your order. The subject line is “Order Confirmation” from CustomKings. Check your spam or junk folder if you cannot find it.
When will I get a tracking number
We email it as soon as your order is dispatched. Most items ship within 1 business day. Embroidery, custom artwork, and printed garments can take 3 to 5 business days before dispatch.
My tracking has not updated
Australia Post tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update between depots. This is normal. If it has not moved for 10 consecutive business days, contact us and we will open an investigation.
Can I change my delivery address
We cannot change addresses after payment due to payment provider security requirements. Once you have your tracking number, you can redirect the parcel yourself through Australia Post MyPost.
My parcel says delivered but I do not have it
Check with neighbours and anyone else at the address first. Australia Post sometimes marks parcels as delivered when they are left in a safe place or at a nearby post office. If you still cannot find it after 48 hours, get in touch and we will follow up.
