Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post handles delivery. Most Australian customers who choose standard shipping receive their order within 5 business days of dispatch. During peak times in the AusPost network, it can take up to 14 business days. If it's been longer than 14 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.

Most items are personalised within one business day. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

Large, corporate, or peak-season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.

How do I track my order?

How much does shipping cost?

All Australian orders are shipped with tracked Australia Post services.

  • Standard shipping: $9.95 flat rate (never pay more for larger orders).
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

Can I see a design proof before ordering?

To keep prices low and turnaround fast for all customers, we don't provide complimentary proofs before purchase. Product pages include photos and instructions to help you order with confidence.

If you need a proof before placing your order, we can arrange one for a small fee (no revisions included). Contact us and we'll invoice you for the proofing service.

Do you offer click & collect?

Yes. Enter your full address at checkout and choose the "Click & Collect – Bennett's Green" option when it appears (available throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
