Was a little disappointed with my product especially because it was for a friends 50th. Some of the etching in his name was missing and it was very rough to touch. They contacted me to say that thesymbol on the glass was going to be very expensive but did not offer any alternatives and just seemed to want to get rid of me. I also paid extra on postage at their suggestion more or less saying it would take forever to get to me. Will shop local in future as this was an expensive episode.
I had wine glasses custom engraved for a wedding gift. Custom Kings were awesome with advice and very professional. I am very happy with the service and the results. Thank you!!!!!
