As with any glass engraving, the effect of the glass can have an impact on the engraving and this becomes less so after several washes over time, if your engraving appears less than perfect please wash the engraving and enjoy some use to allow the engraving to truly shine. Due to the different tones throughout the wood, some engraving may be lighter or darker. Depending on your screen there may be colour differences.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post handles delivery. Most Australian customers who choose standard shipping receive their order within 5 business days of dispatch. During peak times in the AusPost network, it can take up to 14 business days. If it's been longer than 14 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
What is CustomKings' turnaround time?
Most items are personalised within one business day. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:
- Engraved items: 1 business day
- Embroidery: 1–2 business days
- Shirt printing: 1–3 business days
Large, corporate, or peak-season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
You can track your parcel from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email, or anytime via our Order Tracking page. Just enter your order number and email address for an instant update.
How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders are shipped with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.95 flat rate (never pay more for larger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
Express and other options are available at checkout.
Can I see a design proof before ordering?
To keep prices low and turnaround fast for all customers, we don't provide complimentary proofs before purchase. Product pages include photos and instructions to help you order with confidence.
If you need a proof before placing your order, we can arrange one for a small fee (no revisions included). Contact us and we'll invoice you for the proofing service.
Do you offer click & collect?
Yes. Enter your full address at checkout and choose the "Click & Collect – Bennett's Green" option when it appears (available throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We'll text you as soon as the order is ready—please wait for the SMS before coming in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.

I ordered the ‘Couples Boxed Decanter Set’ on Friday morning approx 9am requiring the gift for a farewell party that night. I spoke with the lovely staff member and she assured me she’d look for my order and have it fast tracked.
By 12pm the Decanter set along with the engraving was complete.
