Choose Your Style & Make It Yours: First, pick your seafaring style:
Next, make it truly personal! Add a Name (up to 15 characters, please – just text, no emojis or icons!). You get to choose your favourite thread colour AND the font style for the name (you can usually see a live preview of how the name looks in your chosen font right on the product page!). We’ll then expertly machine embroider the name on the left side of the cap.
Both cap styles are made from comfortable 100% cotton and feature an adjustable strap at the back, fitting head sizes from approximately 54cm up to 60cm.
Creating your custom embroidered cap takes a little time – please allow 3-5 business days for production before it’s dispatched. To ensure we get your order processed smoothly, no artwork proof is sent for name embroidery, so please double-check the spelling and your selections carefully! For care, a gentle spot clean is recommended.

Q: What are the main style differences between the Captain and Sailor caps? A: The Captain Cap is black with more gold detailing and includes “Captain” text as part of its front design. The Sailor Cap is a white and navy design with a simpler, classic look (no “Captain” text). Both styles get your chosen name embroidered on the left side!
Q: Can I choose the font for the name that gets embroidered? A: Yes, you can! You’ll be able to select your preferred font style from the options on the product page, and you can often see a live preview of the name as you type it to help you choose.
Q: Can I get my own small logo embroidered or order this cap in different colours? A: This particular personalised cap is designed for adding an embroidered name to our standard Black (Captain) or White/Navy (Sailor) styles. Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days.
