Your Mini Plate, Your Way: This sleek acrylic keychain (a slim 10mm wide x 59mm long!) comes in a myriad of cool colours. You make it unique by personalising it with your choice of numbers or letters. Want to get extra creative with symbols?
- For a diamond symbol, simply type
(d)where you’d like it to appear. - For an emoji, use your phone or computer’s emoji keyboard (it will be engraved in a single colour, matching your text!).
- For an authentic middle dot (like in “ABC•123”), please use the actual ‘•’ character from your keyboard (using a regular ‘.’ full stop will result in a full stop being engraved).
You can choose standard one-sided engraving (the keychain will be 1.6mm thick) or opt for double-sided engraving. Selecting the double-sided option gives you a sturdier 3.2mm thick keychain (it’s like two keychains cleverly combined!) for a more complete and premium look. Plus, every keychain includes a lovely gift pouch!
We get these made and out to you fast – production is typically just 1-2 business days! To keep things speedy, no artwork proofs are sent, so please double-check all your text and any special symbols carefully when ordering. Just a heads-up: colours on your screen might look a little different from the actual keychain due to different device display settings.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. If it has been longer than that, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.
What is CustomKings' turnaround time?
Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:
- Engraved items: 1 business day
- Embroidery: 1 to 5 business days
- Shirt printing: 1 to 5 business days
Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
You can track your parcel from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email, or anytime on our Order Tracking page. Just pop in your order number and email address for an instant update.
How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
Express and other options are available at checkout.
Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos and descriptions as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. If you are ever unsure about anything, just reach out and we are happy to help.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We will text you as soon as your order is good to go. Please wait for the SMS before heading in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
