I ordered a personalised money clip for my husband on our wedding day, the clip arrived within a week and the engraving was exactly as requested. The only suggestion I have is for the UI on the website for adjusting the placement/size of the text to be improved as it wasn’t very user-friendly or easy to use, but nevertheless the end product turned out just as I wanted. We had received key chains as a gift so decided to purchase something for our son. Site easy to navigate, really prompt service and delivery and the product was a good as ours. One issue though, I sell and post items and never understood why postage O was charged was so high so such a tiny product. Whilst I like the product I would find something more local so I can pick up.
