Every item is personalised after you order it. Production time depends on the type of product. Here is exactly how long each step takes before your parcel leaves our workshop in Bennetts Green.

How long before it ships
These are typical turnaround times before dispatch. Check the individual product page for a specific estimate.
1 to 2 days
UV printing and laser engraving
- Most engraved and UV printed products
- Simple personalisation placed before 10am often dispatches the next business day
- Finished artwork ready to go with no design work needed
3 to 5 days
Custom artwork and embroidery
- Photo-to-art conversions for engravings or printed keepsakes
- All embroidery including plush toys, towels, and apparel
- Printed shirts and garments
- Paid proof services or new design requests

All domestic orders are sent via tracked Australia Post.

Artwork proofs
Most items do not include a proof before production. This is how we keep turnaround fast and prices low. Double check all spelling, dates, and photo uploads before you complete checkout.
Some products offer an optional paid proof. If you select one:
- We email a digital preview for your approval
- Production pauses until you reply, so your turnaround time depends on how quickly you approve
Good to know
- Large orders (10 or more items): May need extra production time. We will keep you updated
- No weekend dispatch: Orders ship Monday to Friday only
- Peak seasons: During Christmas, Mothers Day, and Fathers Day, expect a few extra days. We work quickly but we do not cut corners
- Delivery delays: Once Australia Post has your parcel, delivery timeframes are their responsibility. We cannot speed up or refund carrier delays
