Your Production Timeline at a Glance
These are typical turnarounds before dispatch. We start work as soon as your order lands, so double-check spelling, dates, and uploads to keep things moving fast.
Most UV printed & laser engraved items
- Finished artwork ready to engrave or print
- Simple personalisation placed before 10 am AEST often dispatches the next business day
Custom artwork & embroidery
- Photo-to-art conversions for engravings or printed keepsakes
- All embroidery, plush toys, towels, and printed shirts
- Paid proof services or “New Design” options
Artwork Proof Options
To keep production fast, most items skip proofs. Please double-check spelling, dates, and uploads before checkout.
If a product offers an optional proof:
- We email a digital preview for your approval
- Production pauses until you approve, so turnaround depends on how quickly you reply
General Dispatch Information
- Large orders (10+ items): May need extra time—we’ll keep you posted
- No weekend dispatch: Orders ship Monday to Friday only
- Peak seasons: During busy times (like Christmas), add a couple of extra days. We work fast—but we’re thorough
