How do I care for the chopping board?
Rinse with hot water and a little mild dishwashing liquid after each use, then towel dry immediately. Never soak the board or put it in the dishwasher. Apply an even coat of vegetable oil periodically to keep the wood from drying out. Avoid prolonged sunlight exposure.
How much text fits on the board?
Two names and a date fit comfortably on the board face. Longer text will fit but will sit smaller to stay within the engraved area. Send the wording exactly as you want it engraved.
Can I choose between the standard board and the butchers block?

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
