What artwork specifications do I need to meet?
Submit a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF) with any raster images at a minimum of 300 DPI. Convert all fonts to outlines to prevent formatting changes.

Will the colours on the mug match my screen exactly?
Screen colours can vary between devices, so the actual print colours may differ slightly. We aim for the closest match possible to your original design.

Can I collect my order?

Local to Newcastle or Lake Macquarie? We'd love to see you at our Bennetts Green workshop. Choose Click & Collect at checkout when it's available for your order, and we'll send you an SMS as soon as your gift is ready to pick up.

How do I track my order?
