We’ll then use a vibrant sublimation printing process to wrap your masterpiece all the way around this fantastic tumbler. Artwork Requirements for 20oz Tumbler

To ensure your design wraps perfectly around the tumbler, please set up your artwork file according to these specifications:

• Artwork Size: Your file must be sized to 260 x 210 mm.
  • This includes a 5mm bleed on all sides, which is required for full-wrap printing. The final print area on the tumbler will be 250 x 200 mm.
• Safe Zone: Keep all important text and design elements at least 5mm inside the final 250 x 200 mm print area to prevent them from being cut off.
• File Format: A vector-based file (e.g., AI, EPS, SVG, or a vector PDF) is strongly recommended for the best results.
• Resolution: If your design includes photos or raster images, they must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
• Fonts: Please convert all text to outlines before submitting your file to ensure your typography prints correctly.
