Where is the engraving placed on the set?
The personalisation is laser engraved on the decanter, glasses and box as standard. The optional message will only appear on the decanter and box due to size restrictions on the scotch glasses.

Is the engraving dishwasher safe?
Yes, the laser engraving is permanent and will not wash off. We recommend hand washing the glasses to keep them looking their best, but the engraving itself is fully dishwasher safe.

Why does the engraving look faint when it first arrives?
Glass engraving can appear a bit hazy straight after production. A quick hand wash and a couple of uses will bring out the full frosted effect.

Can I personalise the scotch glasses separately?
No, the glasses come with the same design as the decanter, excluding the small text at the bottom. Separate personalisation on the glasses is not available to ensure our prices remain low and turnaround quick.
