Your Custom Beanie, Your Way: Making this cosy beanie uniquely yours (or a thoughtful gift!) is super easy:
- First, choose your beanie Size – we have an Adult size (designed to comfortably fit head circumferences from approx. 50cm to 60cm) with a bit of stretch for a great fit.
- Tell us the Custom Text you’d like embroidered (a name, cool nickname, or a fun short phrase usually looks best – around 12-15 characters is a good guide!).
- Choose your favourite Font Style from our selection on the product page.
- Pick the perfect Thread Colour to make your text pop!
We’ll then professionally machine embroider your custom text. Please note, to ensure the name looks its best on the beanie, our team may adjust the text size slightly depending on its length. This beanie is made from a soft and warm acrylic knit.
Your personalised beanie is embroidered with care! Production takes about 3-5 business days. To keep things moving quickly, no artwork proofs are sent for text embroidery, so please double-check your spelling and all your selections carefully. You might notice a little bit of clear “plastic” or paper-like substance with the embroidery when you receive it – that’s a special helper called a washable stabiliser, and it will dissolve away completely in the first wash (so please don’t pick at it!). For best care, a gentle wash is recommended.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. If it has been longer than that, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.
What is CustomKings' turnaround time?
Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
You can track your parcel from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email, or anytime on our Order Tracking page. Just pop in your order number and email address for an instant update.
How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
Express and other options are available at checkout.
Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos and descriptions as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. If you are ever unsure about anything, just reach out and we are happy to help.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We will text you as soon as your order is good to go. Please wait for the SMS before heading in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
