When will my order arrive?

How long does personalisation take?
Your gift is made to order by our team, with your chosen details making it truly yours. The time we need varies between engraved, embroidered and printed pieces, with a little extra time sometimes needed for larger orders and busy gifting seasons.

Can I see an artwork proof before it is made?
We know it helps to picture the finished gift. Our product photos and personalisation options are there to guide you, and selected items also offer a paid artwork proof. If one is available for your chosen product, you'll see it listed as an option before adding to cart.

Can I collect my order?
Local to Newcastle or Lake Macquarie? We'd love to see you at our Bennetts Green workshop. Choose Click & Collect at checkout when it's available for your order, and we'll send you an SMS as soon as your gift is ready to pick up.
Once your ready-to-collect message arrives, you're welcome to pop in during our collection hours. Here's where to find us and when to visit.
How do I track my order?
Looking forward to your delivery? You can check on your order through our Order Tracking page using your order number and checkout email address.
When your gift is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. The carrier's tracking page will have the latest parcel scans and delivery updates.
