Built for daily use
The canvas is heavy enough to handle a busy kitchen or workshop but soft enough to wear across a full shift. The front pocket fits pens, order pads, tongs, or tools. The adjustable neck strap means one size works across most of the team without any re-ordering for different staff. The full bib gives a clean, square surface for the embroidery to sit centred and visible.
No artwork proofs
To keep production moving quickly, we don’t send artwork proofs for embroidered aprons. We digitise your logo as supplied and embroider it centred on the bib. Send through the cleanest file you have and pick your apron colour at checkout. Production is usually 3 to 5 business days before dispatch.

What’s the best file format for embroidery?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG) give the cleanest result because they can be redrawn as stitch paths without losing detail. Simple high-resolution black and white PNG or JPG files can also work for basic logos. Our logo file guide has more detail on what works and why.
My logo has more than 3 colours. Can you still embroider it?
To ensure fast turnaround times and low pricing for all customers we only offer a maximum of 3 colours. Uploading a logo with more than 3 colours will result in our team choosing the most prominent colours.
How should I wash my embroidered apron?
Machine wash in cool or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Turn the apron inside out to protect the embroidery. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat. If you need to iron, do it on the reverse side and keep direct heat off the stitched area.
Can I order embroidered aprons in bulk for my business?
Yes. Bulk orders are straightforward through the website. Add the quantity you need to the cart, upload your logo once, and we’ll embroider every apron to match. Ordering online is the fastest route and gives you automatic bulk pricing at checkout if possible, which is usually cheaper than anything we could quote manually.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. If it has been longer than that, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.
What is CustomKings' turnaround time?
Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:
- Engraved items: 1 business day
- Embroidery: 1 to 5 business days
- Shirt printing: 1 to 5 business days
Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
You can track your parcel from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email, or anytime on our Order Tracking page. Just pop in your order number and email address for an instant update.
How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
Express and other options are available at checkout.
Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos and descriptions as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. If you are ever unsure about anything, just reach out and we are happy to help.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We will text you as soon as your order is good to go. Please wait for the SMS before heading in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
