Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post handles delivery. Most Australian customers who choose standard shipping receive their order within 5 business days of dispatch. During peak times in the AusPost network, it can take up to 14 business days. If it's been longer than 14 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.

Most items are personalised within one business day. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

• Engraved items: 1 business day
• Embroidery: 1–2 business days
• Shirt printing: 1–3 business days

Large, corporate, or peak-season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.

You can track your parcel from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email, or anytime via our Order Tracking page. Just enter your order number and email address for an instant update.

All Australian orders are shipped with tracked Australia Post services.

• Standard shipping: $9.95 flat rate (never pay more for larger orders).
• Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

Express and other options are available at checkout.

To keep prices low and turnaround fast for all customers, we don't provide complimentary proofs before purchase. Product pages include photos and instructions to help you order with confidence.

If you need a proof before placing your order, we can arrange one for a small fee (no revisions included). Contact us and we'll invoice you for the proofing service.

Yes. Enter your full address at checkout and choose the "Click & Collect – Bennett's Green" option when it appears (available throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).

Most orders are ready the next business day. We'll text you as soon as the order is ready—please wait for the SMS before coming in.

Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
