How long does delivery take?

Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. For the fastest update, check your tracking details with Australia Post first, as they have the latest scan and delivery information.

What is CustomKings' turnaround time?

Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.

Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.

If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:

The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).

We customised a design on this t-shirt for my daughter to wear on her 21st birthday. To say the least she was so happy with the uniqueness of the shirt and how she was the only one who could own anything like it. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered the T shirt in size small but it’s a bit larger than I thought, and also the picture was printed too big ( way bigger than I designed on the website) And after the first time washing , the printed picture already faded a bit. Not really happy about it.
