Otherwise, clear separate photos of each pet work just as well. You can even upload the same photo multiple times if you’d like us to isolate different pets from that one image (as long as they’re clearly distinguishable). We’ll arrange the outlines artfully!

Q: What will the “minimalist line art outline” look like? A: It’s a modern, artistic style that captures the silhouette and key features of your pet(s) in clean lines – think chic and simple! It doesn’t include shading, colours within the pet, or intricate fur texture.

Q: Where does the optional sleeve text go? A: If you choose to add sleeve text, it’s usually placed on the lower part of the sleeve fabric itself, not directly on the ribbed cuff band.

Q: How should I wash my embroidered jumper? A: Easy care! Wash it inside out on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. It’s best to hang it dry, but if you use a tumble dryer, choose a very low heat setting. Please don’t iron directly on the lovely embroidery!
