We machine embroider the name directly onto the cotton canvas using premium threads that hold up to washing. Enter the name when you order, pick your font style and thread colour, and we’ll stitch it in clean, neat lettering. Up to 15 letters fits comfortably on the chest panel. The apron has a handy front pocket and measures approximately 90cm high by 80cm wide. It’s a practical pick for gifts for him when you want something they’ll actually use.

How many letters can I embroider on the apron?
Up to 15 letters fits comfortably on the chest panel. Shorter names will sit bolder, while 15 letters will fill the available space neatly. Text only, no emojis or icons.
Can the apron be washed?
Yes. It’s designed to be durable! A machine wash in cool or warm water on a gentle cycle is fine. To best protect the embroidery, washing it inside out can help.
Is the apron suitable for commercial use?

How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. If it has been longer than that, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.

Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos and descriptions as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. If you are ever unsure about anything, just reach out and we are happy to help.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We will text you as soon as your order is good to go. Please wait for the SMS before heading in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
