Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

• Engraved items: 1 business day
• Embroidery: 1 to 5 business days
• Shirt printing: 1 to 5 business days

Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.

All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.

If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:

• The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
• The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
• The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.

Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
