As with any glass engraving, the effect of the glass can have an impact on the engraving and this becomes less so after several washes over time, if your engraving appears less than perfect please wash the engraving and enjoy some use to allow the engraving to truly shine. Due to the different tones throughout the wood, some engraving may be lighter or darker. Depending on your screen there may be colour differences.
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days.
