No artwork proofs are sent for this product, which helps keep the price low and turnaround fast. Double-check your spelling and details before placing your order.

What colours are available?

Is the sleeve embroidery included by default?
No, the sleeve embroidery is an optional extra. Select it during checkout if you want the additional detail on the sleeve. Please note that the hearts are automatically included when the sleeve text is selected.

Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?

All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.

Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.

If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:

The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
