How long does personalisation take?

Your gift is made to order by our team, with your chosen details making it truly yours. The time we need varies between engraved, embroidered and printed pieces, with a little extra time sometimes needed for larger orders and busy gifting seasons.

Can I collect my order?

Local to Newcastle or Lake Macquarie? We'd love to see you at our Bennetts Green workshop. Choose Click & Collect at checkout when it's available for your order, and we'll send you an SMS as soon as your gift is ready to pick up.

How do I track my order?

Looking forward to your delivery? You can check on your order through our Order Tracking page using your order number and checkout email address.

When your gift is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. The carrier's tracking page will have the latest parcel scans and delivery updates.

I was very happy with this purchase, the quality of the finished mug was excellent and true to the pet photo I supplied. Thank you.

Really happy with the final product, I ordered two mugs with different photos as I was worried one photo that I provided wouldn’t work out as it was a little blurry. To my surprise both mugs turned out perfect! Made a great birthday present. Really happy, would definitely purchase from this company again.

When I moved overseas recently, taking my dog with me, I bought Mum a mug with the pooch's photo to remember him by. It looked amazing and was received so well, she cried happy/sad tears!
I had to follow up with the team after delivery to help with a delivery issue (no fault of theirs) and received amazing customer service. I definitely recommend Custom Kings and will probably use them again to send more tear-jerkers to my family :)
