Crafted in the authentic Turkish style from 100% Cotton with a traditional flat weave (a lightweight 200gsm), these towels are surprisingly absorbent for how thin they are, and they actually get softer and thirstier with every wash! Your custom towel is made with care just for you! Production takes 3-5 business days. To get it to you quickly, no artwork proofs are sent for name embroidery, so please double-check the spelling. You might notice a little paper-like backing behind the embroidery; that’s a special helper called a stabiliser that magically washes out the first time you launder it (so please don’t pick at it!). Just a heads-up: screen colours can vary a tad from the real-life towel colour. For happy towels: gentle cold or warm wash, and hang dry (they dry super fast!). Best to avoid fabric softeners and wash before first use to boost absorbency.

Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post handles delivery. Most Australian customers who choose standard shipping receive their order within 5 business days of dispatch. Most items are personalised within one business day. Each product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

Large, corporate, or peak-season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders are shipped with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.95 flat rate (never pay more for larger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
Express and other options are available at checkout.
Can I see a design proof before ordering?
To keep prices low and turnaround fast for all customers, we don't provide complimentary proofs before purchase. Product pages include photos and instructions to help you order with confidence.
If you need a proof before placing your order, we can arrange one for a small fee (no revisions included). Contact us and we'll invoice you for the proofing service.
Do you offer click & collect?
Yes. Enter your full address at checkout and choose the "Click & Collect – Bennett's Green" option when it appears (available throughout Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We'll text you as soon as the order is ready—please wait for the SMS before coming in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
