Your Company Logo, Elegantly Engraved: Simply upload your company logo when you order! We use a fine-detail laser engraver to create a sophisticated, permanent frosted white (single colour) marking directly onto the glass.

- Very Important: We cannot engrave photos or complex multi-colour designs. No artwork proof is sent for this item. If an uploaded logo is deemed unsuitable for engraving (e.g., it’s too complex, very poor quality, or features copyrighted material you don’t have the rights to use – see FAQ), your glass may unfortunately be sent blank or your order may be cancelled. Please ensure your file is perfect before uploading.

Q: What kind of logo engraves best, and can it be multi-colour? A: Simple, clear logos give the most beautiful result! Think bold lines and text, ideally in black & white or vector format (see our Logo Tips Guide!). The laser engraving itself is a single colour – a frosted white effect on the glass.
Q: Can I use a famous brand’s logo or my favourite sports team’s emblem? A: Only if you have explicit written permission from the copyright owner giving you the right to reproduce it! We must respect trademark and copyright laws and cannot engrave logos you don’t own or have specific authorisation for.
Q: Will I get to see a proof of my logo on the glass before it’s made? A: To ensure a quick production time (usually 1-2 business days for ready-to-go logos!), an artwork proof is not sent for this item. It’s really important that the logo file you upload is finalised and meets our guidelines.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. If it has been longer than that, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.
What is CustomKings' turnaround time?
Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:
- Engraved items: 1 business day
- Embroidery: 1 to 5 business days
- Shirt printing: 1 to 5 business days
Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
You can track your parcel from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email, or anytime on our Order Tracking page. Just pop in your order number and email address for an instant update.
How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
Express and other options are available at checkout.
Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos and descriptions as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. If you are ever unsure about anything, just reach out and we are happy to help.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We will text you as soon as your order is good to go. Please wait for the SMS before heading in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
