Your Mug, Your Music – Here’s How:

Find Your Music on Spotify: In the Spotify app or web player, go to the song, album, or playlist you want to feature.
Get the Link: Click the ‘three dots’ (…) next to it, select “Share,” then choose “Copy Spotify URI” or “Copy link.”
Personalise on Our Page: Paste this link/URI into the designated field. Then, add a Custom Title for your music (e.g., “Our Roadtrip Mix,” “Chill Vibes Only”). Finally, type in Your Name (and we’ll automatically add an ‘s to make it possessive, like “Sarah’s Morning Tunes”!).

We’ll then print your custom text along with the scannable Spotify code using vibrant, long-lasting sublimation onto a classic 11oz (approx. 325ml) ceramic mug.

A quick but super important note: Please double-check that your Spotify link/URI is correct and active before you submit your order, as the scannable code is generated directly from what you provide! To get your unique mug to you quickly, no artwork proof is sent. Production usually takes just 1-2 business days. Good news – it’s microwave and dishwasher safe (top rack is best for the print!).

How long does delivery take?

Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. If it has been longer than that, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.

What is CustomKings' turnaround time?

Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

Engraved items: 1 business day
Embroidery: 1 to 5 business days
Shirt printing: 1 to 5 business days

Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.

How do I track my order?

You can track your parcel from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email, or anytime on our Order Tracking page. Just pop in your order number and email address for an instant update.

How much does shipping cost?

All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.

Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

Express and other options are available at checkout.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.

If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:

The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

We put a lot of care into making our product photos and descriptions as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. If you are ever unsure about anything, just reach out and we are happy to help.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).

Most orders are ready the next business day. We will text you as soon as your order is good to go. Please wait for the SMS before heading in.

Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
