I ordered 8 coffee tumblers as a farewell to my colleagues. I ordered 8 different tumblers with different engravings at 08:00am on a Monday. By 10:00am the order was shipped and I received it on Thursday 12:00pm. Every one perfectly completed and my colleagues absolutely loved them. They were also the most cost effective too so that was a bonus. Even got a couple to check out the store. I had a positive experience and would recommend this company based on my experience.
This item is so beautiful. Well made and looks exactly like my dog. I was surprised it came with a remote to select colours and other modes. Super fast shipping. Received my item in 2 days. And great and friendly customer service. Thanks so much.
Quick turnaround and exactly what I asked for.
Great product
The turn around on this product was unbelievable! It was delivered in perfect condition in under 2 weeks from placing the order. I contacted the team after a week with a question and they responded so promptly and politely.
The jumper is fantastic quality and the embroidery is perfect.
Will absolutely order again and will recommend to anyone.

Little bit dear but good item
Beautiful work! Excellent communication and very fast shipping
thanks my daughter loves it
Great product, fast delivery, Thankyou
I got a personalised key ring for my friend and she loves it. Good quality, and the delivery was so quick (I received it the next day).
Points to improve: maybe 1 mm of white would be better than 2.
The price is a bit expensive.
Couldn’t be happier with this product. The quality of the jumper to start with is incredible and the detail in my pet portrait is exceptional. The addition to select the embroidery cotton allowed me to pick pink, the colour of her jumper she was always in. Thank you for allowing me to purchase a product to have my beautiful girl with me after losing her at 15 years old. Couldn’t love my jumper more, thank you !
Ordered 2 items for my first wedding anniversary with my husband. One of the items had a misspelled word. I reached out to the customer care team and they immediately responded and advised me how to get this rectified. Absolutely amazing customer service!
Hubby loved the Light that I bought for him with Spotify link. He loves playing it and leaves it on at night for when I get in from night shift. Best present ever

I bought an orange and black keyring for my boyfriend to match his bike and as soon as i got it in the mail I wanted one for myself!! The actual keychain is made with good quality sturdy material, but l will say that the chain links of the keyring broke 🙁 but other than that its an absolute steal for what your getting!! Definitely getting one for myself!!
Beautiful as advertised
it was good, the glue sticks out.ot makes the side surface sticky and not smooth.
Great quality product and was delivered 2 days after purchase!
Love it
I had the photo stand memorial for one of my cats. I had one small query and they replied so quickly. The photo was perfect as was the stand, it was finished beautifully and arrived very quick. Will certainly remember for when the time comes around again.
I was very happy with this purchase, the quality of the finished mug was excellent and true to the pet photo I supplied. Thank you.
