How to Measure

Lay a favourite hoodie flat on a table. Measure straight across the chest 1 cm under the arm seam — that’s your half chest. Match it to the table for a fair dinkum fit.

Quick Fit Tips

Specify Thread Colours (Optional): Your logo embroidery includes up to 3 thread colours from your design. If your logo has more colours or is very intricate, it’s best to chat with us before ordering to discuss options.

We’ll then machine embroider your logo, typically on the left chest area, onto a comfortable unisex crewneck jumper (made from a soft 320gsm, 65% poly / 35% cotton mix with durable ribbed cuffs and neck).

Logo Success is Key – Please Read Carefully!

Very Important Policy: We cannot embroider photos. Also, please ensure you have the rights to use any logo submitted – we cannot reproduce copyrighted brand logos you don’t own (more info at Copyright Authorisation in Australia).
No artwork proof is sent for this item. If an uploaded logo is deemed unsuitable for embroidery (e.g., it’s too complex for the standard 3 colours, very poor quality, or a copyrighted image), your jumper may unfortunately be sent blank or your order may be cancelled. Please make sure your file is as embroidery-ready as possible!

Q: What’s the best type of logo file for embroidery? A: Clear, simple logos with distinct areas of colour (up to 3 colours for standard embroidery) work best! Vector files are ideal. Avoid photos or designs with very tiny text or super fine details. Check our Logo Tips Guide!

Q: Can I use a famous company’s logo or a sports team emblem? A: Only if you have explicit written permission directly from the copyright owner that allows you to reproduce it! We must respect trademark and copyright laws (see our Copyright Info).

Q: Will I get to see a proof of my logo embroidered before it’s made? A: To keep production efficient (typically 3-5 business days), an artwork proof is not sent for this item. It’s really important that the logo file you upload is the final version and suitable for embroidery.

Q: How should I wash this embroidered jumper? A: For best results, wash it inside out on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Hang drying is preferred, or tumble dry on a very low heat. Please don’t iron directly on the embroidery.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. If it has been longer than that, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.

What is CustomKings' turnaround time?

Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

Engraved items: 1 business day
Embroidery: 1 to 5 business days

Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.

How do I track my order?

You can track your parcel from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email, or anytime on our Order Tracking page. Just pop in your order number and email address for an instant update.

How much does shipping cost?

All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.

Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
Free standard shipping on orders over $120.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.

If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:

The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

We put a lot of care into making our product photos and descriptions as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. If you are ever unsure about anything, just reach out and we are happy to help.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
