- Upload Your Couples Photo: Choose a picture that captures your bond (this style is ideal for two people!). Our artists will then create a chic outline focusing on your pose and connection (no detailed facial features, though glasses are often included for character!).
- Add Optional Text:
- Under the Outline: Perfect for names, a special date, or a short quote.
- On the Sleeve: Add initials, a tiny heart ❤️, or a significant year (embroidered vertically up the forearm).
- Choose Your Placement: Decide where you’d like the main embroidery – either Centre Chest (this is the default) or on the Left Chest (over the heart area).
- Pick a Thread Colour: Select your favourite for all the embroidered elements.

To get your special jumper to you quickly, no artwork proof is sent. Production takes approximately 3-5 business days. For lasting love: gentle wash inside out, hang dry or tumble very low, and please don’t iron the embroidery!

How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. If it has been longer than that, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.
What is CustomKings' turnaround time?
Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:
- Engraved items: 1 business day
- Embroidery: 1 to 5 business days
- Shirt printing: 1 to 5 business days
Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
You can track your parcel from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email, or anytime on our Order Tracking page. Just pop in your order number and email address for an instant update.
How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
Express and other options are available at checkout.
Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos and descriptions as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. If you are ever unsure about anything, just reach out and we are happy to help.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We will text you as soon as your order is good to go. Please wait for the SMS before heading in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.

High quality product! Bought this as a wedding anniversary gift and it was perfect. The jumper material is very high quality- thick and fleecy. The embroidery was professional and perfectly captured the photo I sent. The size is also spot on- comfy fit but not too oversized. Husband is usually a M in jumpers from adidas, Nike etc and got a small from here. Would definitely recommend and would 100% repurchase. Only complaint is that I wish they had more jumper colours.
