I ordered 8 coffee tumblers as a farewell to my colleagues. I ordered 8 different tumblers with different engravings at 08:00am on a Monday. By 10:00am the order was shipped and I received it on Thursday 12:00pm. Every one perfectly completed and my colleagues absolutely loved them. They were also the most cost effective too so that was a bonus. Even got a couple to check out the store. I had a positive experience and would recommend this company based on my experience.

I had questions prior to my order and they were very quick to respond and nothing was a silly question.
Delivery was fast also.
The products look exactly as they appeared on the website.
If anything, the only issue i have (which could be a mistyping) is that when you enter what you would like engraved in the box, I put a comma in the line meaning for it to be on a new line. The engraveing has the comma between lines.
The product and engraving quality is great though.
My request to change the colour after placing the order was acknowledged almost immediately. And I received it in 2 days after placing the order. Definitely recommend.
My tumbler is amazing. I take it to the gym and have a tea with the girls. We all have one in different colours with our names on them and our coffee/tea order as well. I just love it.
