How many names can I personalise in a pack of 24?
Each tag in the pack gets its own name or role. Enter all 24 names when you order and we’ll print each one individually. You can mix names with roles like “Bride”, “Groom”, or “Best Man”.
Do the tags fit beer glasses and schooners?
Yes. The 2mm rim gap slides onto most glass types, including wine glasses, cocktail glasses, and beer schooners. Very thick or unusually shaped rims might not fit, but standard glassware is fine.
Can I reuse the tags after the event?
Absolutely. The acrylic is durable and the UV print is permanent, so you can store them and reuse them for future events. Just wipe them clean with a damp cloth.

Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
