Use the highest resolution originals you have. Photos saved from social media like Facebook or Instagram are compressed and will print looking pixelated. Avoid images with heavy shadows, harsh backlighting, or darkness that obscures faces.

Can I mix portrait and landscape photos?
We highly recommended landscape photos only, due to the orientation of the keychain.

Is the UV print durable?
The UV print bonds directly to the acrylic surface and won’t peel or fade with normal use. It’s not suited to prolonged outdoor exposure or submersion in water, but everyday handling is fine.

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.

If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:

The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
