Then, just get everyone to write down their song choices on slips of paper, pop them into the jar, and let fate decide who’s the next star of the show by drawing a song! The jar ships empty, all ready for your song ideas.
We get these made fast – production is typically 1-2 business days! To keep things speedy, no artwork proof is automatically sent, so please double-check your text and especially your Spotify link carefully. Remember to only use logos or images you have permission for.

Q: How does the Spotify code work? How do I provide the link? A: You give us the specific link or URI to your chosen Spotify song, album, or playlist. We then generate a scannable Spotify code from that, which gets neatly engraved on the lid! (To get it: In Spotify, find your music > tap the ‘…’ three dots > Share > then ‘Copy Link’ or ‘Copy Spotify URI’. Paste that into the field on our product page).
Q: What gets engraved? Any rules for optional logos? A: We’ll engrave Your Name/Title and the scannable Spotify code.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. If it has been longer than that, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.
What is CustomKings' turnaround time?
Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.
How do I track my order?
You can track your parcel from the order confirmation page, your confirmation email, or anytime on our Order Tracking page. Just pop in your order number and email address for an instant update.
How much does shipping cost?
All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.
- Standard shipping: $9.96 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120.
Express and other options are available at checkout.
Can I see what my personalisation will look like?
Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.
If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:
- The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
- The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
- The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.
We put a lot of care into making our product photos and descriptions as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. If you are ever unsure about anything, just reach out and we are happy to help.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
Most orders are ready the next business day. We will text you as soon as your order is good to go. Please wait for the SMS before heading in.
Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Closed weekends and public holidays.
