This custom photo mug comes in two distinct designs. You choose either the Boy Dad or Girl Dad layout. The bold text on the front is fixed, and we print your favourite photo of the kids right alongside it to create one seamless, eye-catching design on that side of the mug.

We make each mug to order in our workshop. The image and text are fired into the ceramic, meaning no peeling and no fading after a few spins through the dishwasher. It is a small detail, but it makes his morning coffee feel that little bit more special.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order leaves our workshop, Australia Post takes over. Most Aussie customers on standard shipping have their parcel within 5 business days of dispatch. During busy periods in the AusPost network it can stretch to 14 business days. For the fastest update, check your tracking details with Australia Post first, as they have the latest scan and delivery information.

What is CustomKings' turnaround time?

Most items are personalised within one business day. Every product page shows an estimated delivery date so you know what to expect. Typical dispatch times:

Engraved items: 1 business day
Embroidery: 1 to 5 business days
Shirt printing: 1 to 5 business days

Large, corporate, or peak season orders (Christmas, Father's Day, etc.) may take a little longer.

How much does shipping cost?

All Australian orders ship with tracked Australia Post services.

Standard shipping: $10.95 flat rate (you never pay more on bigger orders).
Free standard shipping on orders over $149.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.

If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:

The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

We put a lot of care into making our product photos, descriptions, and checkout information as clear as possible so you can order with confidence. The details you need are shown on the product page before you buy.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
