No. Laser engraving is burned permanently into leather, metal, and timber so it will never wash off, peel, or fade. Embroidery uses colourfast thread stitched at high density so it will not fray or come loose under normal use. DTF and sublimation printing bond the ink to fabric so it will not crack, peel, or fade.
How should I care for my leather wallet or engraved item?
