What is that white paper backing on the embroidery?

It is a washable stabiliser that helps keep the stitches neat during production. It will wash out completely in the first wash, so do not pick at it and it will disappear on its own.

Can I choose the thread colour for the personalised name?

Yes, you can pick your preferred thread colour on the product page, Note that the second line of text will be in black only for the fancy and standard styles, and the bottom line of the OnlyF style will be in black and blue.

Is this towel machine washable?

Yes, it is fully machine washable. We recommend washing it separately from the rest of your laundry, at least for the first few washes.

Can I see what my personalisation will look like?

Some of our products have an artwork proof listed as a paid option right on the product page. Where we can offer this ethically at a low cost to cover the time involved, we do.

If a proof option is not listed on a product, it is usually because:

The item is priced below our proofing threshold, so adding the cost would not make sense for you.
The design is pre-made with only small changes like a name or date, so the product images already show you almost exactly what you will receive.
The nature of the product means a digital proof would not accurately represent the finished result.

Do you offer click and collect?

Yes! Pop your full address in at checkout and choose the "Click and Collect, Bennetts Green" option when it appears (available across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter Valley).
